Encode Daily Sale

Please help try encoding a sample daily sale. Instructions:

1. Fill in the following fields
• First Name
• Last Name
• Member ID
• Phone Number
• New / Returning
• Ordered Item / Product / Service
• Note: There are only 6 line items right now. I understand that there are an average of 4 line items per customer transaction. We will update this in a later version to add more line items.
• Price
2. Once the Items are filled in, click on 'Calculate Total'. This will compute the Amount to Pay. When we are live, it is at this point that you can tell the customer how much they need to pay.
3. Once the customer decides how they will pay (cash, debit, credit, bank transfer) and the amount, fill the respective fields.
4. Click on 'Calculate Total' to update 'Amount to Pay' and 'Balance To Pay'
5. Fill in the rest of the fields
• Name of Staff
• Receipt Number
• Note: This is an empty and manual field right now. I will put in something automated by early next week.
• Booked Next Visit
6. Click on “Submit Form”
7. After Clicking 'Submit Form,' if all is ok, you can click on Add Another or Print the Transaction.

Print Transaction

Please have a look at this and let me know of any comments. It won’t be the prettiest but it will be functional.

Logout

1. Once you are done with your session, go to Home and then click on Logout.
2. Note: If you are not logged in, you will not be allowed to enter any part of the site.
